Know before you go!

Before you know it, you'll be heading to beautiful Aspen, Colorado to begin networking, learning, and having fun! As you start to pack and plan for the most unique and experiential industry gathering of the year, we wanted to inform you of some important event details. 



After checking into the hotel, please proceed to the Doerr-Hosier Center to receive your event credentials and a big “welcome” from The Retreat team! 

Hours: Registration will be open from 10:00am-5:00pm

Late arrivals: Attendees who arrive later than 5:00pm can pick up their credentials at the Opening Reception

Upon arrival to Aspen/Pitkin County Airport, head to the baggage claim area. From there, look for an Aspen Meadows representative holding a sign that reads “Future Leaders in Travel Retreat”. You will then board the shuttle for a ten-minute ride to Aspen Meadows Resort. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes.

Download The Retreat mobile app, sponsored by Aspen Chamber Resort Association, to network with other attendees, view the event schedule, and receive real-time event updates. To download the app, search “ConBop” from the app store. Once you’ve downloaded the app, enter event code “theretreat”. Once you’ve downloaded the app, follow these steps to verify your account: 

  • When in the app, click on ‘Attendees’
  • Select your name from the list and then click on the gear in the top right corner
  • Click ‘Yes’ to verify
  • Select the Gear (Config.) icon on the bottom menu and enter the PIN received in your email


Aspen weather update

Here’s your Aspen weather report to help you pack for The Retreat! The highs for the event will be 73 degrees, and the lows at night will be 47 degrees. For activities at Maroon Bells, please note temperatures are colder in the mountains. The current high for Thursday activities at Maroon Bells is 57 degrees. We strongly advise you to wear layers during the activities and throughout the event.
