Get in touch with nature

Take in all the beauty Aspen has to offer through two days of outdoor activities. You’ll be able to network with fellow attendees while breathing in the mountain air. Whether you’re hiking the world-famous Maroon Bells, exploring the treetops in a ropes course sponsored by Aspen Snowmass and Ski.com, or participating in a relaxing morning yoga session sponsored by Club Med, there’s something for everyone. Learn moreabout all of our activities. 

Spaces are limited for each activity, and spots will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will receive an email on Thursday, 8/23 at 2:00 PM EST with a link to rank your activity preferences. As the event nears, you will receive an email detailing the activities you will be participating in.


Kick off The Retreat with Delta Airlines!

Join fellow Retreat attendees and get to know each other over cocktails and local fare. You’ll also get the opportunity to learn about this beautiful host destination from Aspen Historical Society representatives.

Get social! 

Stay up-to-date with The Retreat by liking us on Facebook, and following us on Twitter and Instagram. When you’re posting onsite, don’t forget to tag us and use our official hashtag, #FutureLeadersRetreat. Make sure to also join our exclusive Facebook group for attendees of The Retreat. You’ll receive the latest information and be able to network with attendees before The Retreat begins.


What to wear 

Morning activities: Plan to pack appropriate footwear and clothing for hiking/yoga/mountain activities. We strongly recommend dressing in layers to allow you to adjust to changing weather and activity levels.  

Educational content: Mountain casual attire is suggested for the afternoon sessions.

Evening receptions: The attire for the evening receptions will be ‘Mountain Chic’. Dress to impress in trendy, fall fashion. Not sure what Mountain Chic is? Get inspired here!
